Though AmericanTowns.com cannot be held liable for the actions of an organizer, organizers are nevertheless wholly responsible for fulfilling obligations both implied and stated in any donation fundraiser they create. AmericanTowns.com reserves the right to cancel a donation fundraiser or listing at any time and for any reason. AmericanTowns.com reserves the right to remove a group event or listing from our Web site for any reason.
In order to use the AmericanTowns.com donations service, an organizer must register for the service by completing all required information elements on the service registration web pages. An organizer must use the PayPal service. Organizers agree to provide current, complete and accurate registration information and payment instrument information, and to update such information to maintain its accuracy. AmericanTowns.com may require buyers to provide additional information from time to time as a condition of continued use of the service, or to assist AmericanTowns.com in determining whether to permit organizers to continue to use the service.
As consideration for the Services purchased by You and provided to You by AmericanTowns.com, You agree to pay AmericanTowns.com at the time You order. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly noted, even if Your Services are suspended, terminated, or transferred prior to the end of the Services term. AmericanTowns.com expressly reserves the right to modify pricing through email notification and/or notice on its Web site.
If You signed up for a Community Sponsorship plan, Your billing date will be determined based on the day of the month You purchase the Services. Your sponsorship will automatically renew one year from the date of purchase. AmericanTowns.com will automatically renew Your Services when they come up for renewal and will take payment from the Payment Method You have on file with AmericanTowns.com at AmericanTowns.com then current rates. To cancel at any time, please contact us at info@americantowns.com . Please note You will not receive a prorated refund for any cancellation of the Service.
You agree that You are solely liable for arranging that Your Services are renewed, and that AmericanTowns.com shall not be liable to You or any third party if it is unable to charge Your Payment Method in order to renew Your Services.
